Factory Apartments

Architect, Julie Torres Moskovitz and her husband recently adopted a loft that was previously a factory. Many details were left unchanged, as the wooden pillars and brick walls.
The wooden floor was given a light gray color so that the space effects ethereal.
In the living room you will find antique rugs, an Amish rocking chair, a green cupboard from Juliet’s grandmother, and a table designed by Richard Gluckman.

The peace radiant artwork comes primarily from her father. The large painting on the wall show a still life of a street in Santa Fe and a cancer-transporting truck on the small island of Maine.

Retro Eames chairs can be found in the office, on the walls are two metal rails attached so you can hang the current working documents on it  with the help of a magnet. The storage container with scooters are selfmade.

The bright green doors and yellow walls create contrast.

The sunny yellow walls of the rear yard are inspired by Mexico, and create a warm, friendly atmosphere. The garden furniture is an eclectic mix of various artefacts.
