Bohemian loft of two designers

This Montreal warehouse was completely empty and deserted. New owners took possession of it 2 years ago, who have set the goal that many of their travels and their personalities as well will prevail in the home.

In the spacious, central space white walls and strip floor frame the furnishing. The industrial, metal framed windows are decorated with yellow, simple curtains. The living room corner is separated from the open space by a distinctive, old leather sofa. Fresh, white painted Vasiliy chair and armchairs that harmonize in color, surround the tiny ornamental table. On a slender table, a delicate plant grows in the corner.

Opposite, on a cabinet made of pallets also a potted plant stands. Next to it a metal-legged small table covered with wood sheet serves as a small working island. There is also a bigger desk in front of the windows.

Beside the green plants serve as decorations an antique mirror, a metal floor lamp and paintings.

In front of the dining room there are a couple of cozy accessories. It have received place here the birdcage, reflector lamp, a small ladder and lots of pots.

In the dining room black vitra chairs stand around the clear-out, simple table. There are fewer ornaments here, but at the head of the table a metal chair is resting.

In the café corner a comfortable sofa and a vintage wooden chair represent the old style line. Give a pop art atmosphere to the corner a white, oval table and a metal lamp transformed from a hair dryer cap.

In the kitchen the white cupboards are covered with a black sheet. It is an elegant, contrasting solution that distinctively draws in the background. Therefore, on the shelves received their place the different styled ornaments.

In the bedroom serves as bed a mattress resting on pallets. In contrast with the ornateness of the main room, here welcome us a cozy, minimalist atmosphere. In the corner a crocheted hanging chair and the lights above the bed emphasize the intimacy.

In the bathroom a black foot bathtub stands on the black and white tiles. Here it can be seen the original structure as well.

In the presented industrial styled interior sometimes, even a very small amount of kitsch can look good as well.
