Pink retro loft in an old sugar factory

The highlighting of exciting, vibrant elements and the astonishing use of colors conjures this old sugar factory into an intimate family home.

The unusual structure of the living room suggests a two-storey interior. Below dominates the rusty pink shade. The balustrade of the gallery, as well as the upholstery of the pop art chair is also floating in an eye-catching reddish-burgundy. The same color greets us on the original, old-fashioned pipes that serve as decorations at the same time. The carpet decorated with geometric patterns and the grey sofa are subtly laying in the background. The marble, graceful table and spherical lamps graciously complement the feminine style.

The kitchen corner is separated from the living room by a light grey counter. Stainless metal furniture and white elements are mixed in the minimalist space.

Rust colored stairs lead upstairs. In the bedroom, through a huge window a wonderful panorama can be seen. Apart from a light chair and a white small table, there are only a few decorations. The furnishing is simple, let’s prevail the scenery/view.

Next to the bathroom again we trip over into a mature, ice-cream colored stairs. It is a harmonious, almost neutral accessory the light grey, which dominates in the bathroom.

On the terrace, contrasty, dark grey wooden slats and light grey stones framework the white, wicker armchairs.

There are surprising solutions, a slightly more feminine mood, yet they fit well in the industrial structure.
