Ideas for loft-fans (1)
After repeated inquiries, we have decided to publish some ideas and tips that could possibly arouse interest in the topic Lofts in Hungary.
More and more people and companies show interest in lofts, industrial buildings, extreme places and objects.
One of the most obvious sign is that we get this issue in a number of e-mails, phone calls.
Under the menu interesting, we will report regularly on interesting buildings to be sold. However, this is not the sort of business goal.
Unfortunately, there is currently no real estate agent who would specialize in this area.
In the “rust zone” of Budapest, there are a large number of still preserved in pristine condition, beautiful buildings that one would have to track down easily.
The demand is not only on expensive and renovated industrial buildings, but also cheap, abandoned buildings where one could set up authentic lofts.
