Ochs Design has the dream of an artist, a huge loft in Brooklyn achieved.

There are no walls in the vast space, raw industrial surfaces offer contrasting backdrop for art, for example, the asphalt on the ground in many places has been preserved. The old work bench in the studio is built of old wooden and stone ruins.

The bed is also in the large open space and is equipped with a fine baldahin-cloth surrounded.

A crucial element of the spacious, open kitchen is a bistro table from 1925, which offers resort for sixteen person.
