Eclectic, bohemian house modification

It is a red-brick, country house completed with French garden. This is the perfect oasis for those wanting to escape from the city. This family home that became from a summer house is hiding in the English landscape a bit worn/aged and a bit modified.

In the sunny living room, from the corner greetings us back an original Parker Knoll armchair. On the parquet a black patterned carpet and Irish painter’s works decorate. In front of a neutral wall color almost lights the Habitat floor lamp. Vintage ornaments were placed on a chest of drawers originating from the middle of the last century. We can see a cheerful collection on the retro furniture.

One of the decorations of the living room is the sofa crossed-out with light yellow linen. The light, pastel shades are complemented with Moroccan pillows and a small table that harmonizes in pattern with it.

In the bedroom, in front of the comfortable bed there is a classical, white cabinet with drawers. The clear-out piece is equilibrated by an overused wooden ladder. In the corner adorn an antique mirror and a graceful vase.

The bathroom’s traditional, foot bathtub is thrown-up by a gilded tap. Light-blue shades cheer-up also the drawers of the wooden cabinet. Everything looks lovely in front of the firm blue walls.

In the garden you can comfortably enjoy the free time on the simple pillows.

The initially neglected, ruined cottage received a bohemian, stylishly designed interior.
