A beautiful, old factory building for sale, I have found in the III. District of Budapest on the grounds of the former Goldberg Fabric.
The 1790s-built building has total of 450 m2 in 3 floors and was renovated in the late 90s. The building includes a 200 m2 large enclosed garden.
