Vintage “Strand Electric” floor lamp

Iconic British floor lamp from “The Strand Lighting Company”.

Original, marked piece.

Strand Electric is an international theatre and television lighting company founded in London’s West End in 1914. It supplied lighting fixtures for theatres and television shows worldwide.

The original stand is attached to the lamp, which has never been used and is in mint condition. The tripod ends in rubber stilts.

The lamp head can be tilted and swivelled.

In the home or office, it can be a surprising reading lamp or mood light.

The surface is in original, mint condition, the wiring is new.
