Multifunctional artist apartment from Washington

A strong industrial atmosphere is passing through on this American home. The cold, metallic glitter is offset by family pictures and fine art works. Have been held here concerts, textile presentation and friends gatherings and functions excellently even as a home as well.

The open ground floor allows plenty of sunshine and makes possible the easy rearrangement. In the center there is a photo took by the owners, which frame was assembled from found wood slats. To the greyness of the concrete floor fits well the dark exquisiteness of the leather sofa and the simple, metal, roller coffee table.

The combination of the coffee brown leather sofa and red puff has a warm emanation. Even a little slice of space cannot remain unexploited. In the corner lays a tiny, uncovered room with a traffic light, where fresh air can be enjoyed.

A little further we can see the dining corner with glass table, where you can sit down on two, leather folding chairs. These furniture are easy to move thus transforming the space for various events. Beside the kitchen corner also there is a retro TV cabinet.

The wooden stairs and slats bring a friendlier color into the factory environment. The bedroom is located on the above section. Here the double bed section is separated by a white wardrobe. In front of it, the cheerful armchairs and the structural elements of the house also provide decoration. The shelves under the windows are richly covered with self-made photographs.

In front of the armchairs are housed a drawing board and a red painted metal cabinet as well.

In the creatively designed home the minimalist, practical furnishings and ingenious decorations alternate.
