Many things can fit inside of a four storey New York warehouse built in the 1800s . In the example presented in our present-day article, shop, studios, and a home as well received their place.

The classical, Victorian facade is decorated with red brick walls and metal-framed windows. In the center of the home’s dining room there is a massive, high wooden table. It is surrounded by thin, bronze-shining chairs.

On the white floor a worn carpet denotes the conversational corner. The small table with marble top with well to the light base. Comfortable, coffee brown  leather armchair and a Vitra rocking chair make intimate the space. Funny pictures hang on the monochrome wall, which form a bohemian overall picture with the graceful floor lamps.

On the other side of the dining room another living room received its place. Simple, gray sofa and a puff frame the glass top table. Remarkable cabinets run on one side. The TV was housed on a retro wooden cabinet, while next to it a metal, vintage piece can be seen.

In the open space, a monster bookcase, a light metal-framed table and a bench decorated with green plants create a strong, harmonious atmosphere.

On the upper floor there are a more traditional styled bedroom and bathroom.

On the other floor there is located the owner couple’s common studio. Among the furniture that live their many lives there are pieces that came here from Morocco. So it is not rare the outcrop of rustic patterns and nature close materials.

The spacious possibilities and sunlit rooms give space to the creative opportunities. Industrial atmosphere and strong, masculine furniture fill the interior of the house.
