This creative loft, rich in contrast received place in a revamped factory from Germany. The severe and clear-out atmosphere cover industrial details, vintage tricks and special solutions.

In the former lobby covered with metal beams and glass walls was housed the dining room. The fourth wall of the sunny space is made up of white painted bricks. The table that is placed next to the windows  standing on metal legs and formed from wood slats is surrounded by dark, old school chairs. White furs adorn the elements of the dining room. A bit further away there is a metal framed, vintage bed, to which  fit well the simple incandescent lamps that adorn the beams. In turn in front of the table in a larger booth is stored the firewood, the natural effect is strengthened by a trophy.

The different spaces are separated from each other with metal-framed glass doors. On one side of the living room a simple, wooden bookcase can be seen, in front of it with tiny, black chairs. On the other side of the partition wall a sink, covered with concrete slab and on the wall mounted accordion lamps create the kitchen. On the linoleum floor of the living room there is a wooden table that is similar to the dining table, which functions as a work desk. The work is helped by the white Eames chairs and the ebony-black  second-hand seatings. The few decorations consist of the special chandelier, the metal letters and the old boxes. Below the stairs there is the more serious office corner, where the antique desk is complemented by a similar cabinet. The tarnished, leather armchair strengthens the classical line, while the Eames rocking chair conjures a light modernity among the dark, heavy pieces.

In the other side of the living room lays a huge, white, immaculate leather sofa. In front of it a ground set hall lamp, a small table made from logs and a Bertoia armchair covered with gray fur form the extremely strong and elegant space. Even further away a dresser shaped from an old mangle and a vintage sideboard contribute another dining table.

In the foreground between the white walls and the light grey floor one more black piece, an old carefully shaped round table welcomes the guests. Next to it you can go upstairs, but before this everyone can admire the wooden cinema chairs. The varied, accented pieces are hold together by the clear-out stylishness of the black and white nuances. In the huge spaces with little decoration and robust furniture had been managed to conjure an airy, yet with factory atmosphere soaked interior.
